DRONE INDOOR-USE REQUIREMENT

Woz ED drones are engineered and warranted for indoor instructional use only. Flying drones outdoors immediately and permanently voids the warranty for all non-DRL drones. Outdoor environments introduce uncontrollable variables — wind, weather, uneven terrain — that constitute misuse under this policy. No exceptions will be made for outdoor damage claims.

Logistics & Policies

Free Standard Shipping: Nationwide delivery (contiguous US, AK, HI) via FedEx Ground.

Signature Required: A signature is required for all orders to ensure safe delivery. Waiving this assumes no responsibility for Woz ED.

Lead Times: Custom kits may have a 4–8 week assembly lead time.

Delivery Verification: Warranty periods begin exactly on the carrier's confirmed delivery date.

All Sales Final: Woz ED does not offer monetary refunds once an order is placed and fulfilled.

7-Day Exchange Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused kits only.

Restocking Fee: A $10 fee applies to all approved exchanges.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for standard exchanges.
