In the Aeronautics Level I Drone Kit, you’ll explore the science of traveling through the air. You’ll learn about air pressure, discover how birds fly, identify the main parts of an airplane, and understand how lift and thrust work. Using the Engineering Design Process, you’ll take part in a paper airplane challenge, testing your ideas and improving your design to see how far your plane can fly. The kit wraps up with an up-close look at a real drone and a chance to watch it in flight!
